Tioga, North Dakota Tioga (/ta o / ty-oh-g ) is a town/city in Williams County, North Dakota, United States.

According to the United States Enumeration Bureau, the town/city has a total region of 1.39 square miles (3.60 km2), of which, 1.31 square miles (3.39 km2) is territory and 0.08 square miles (0.21 km2) is water. As of the census of 2010, there were 1,230 citizens , 542 homeholds, and 323 families residing in the city.

The populace density was 938.9 inhabitants per square mile (362.5/km2).
